ryobi RGBV3100

    I Have a Ryobi RGBV3100 2-cycle mulcher/blower vacuum.
    It wll not start But,if I pour gas in the spark plug hole it will run until the gas is gone.

    Can you give me any suggestions?

    i know its been awhile but perhaps this wil help someone. as far as i know there are really two things that could effect this. on any engine proper compression is needed to run so it could be the piston/cylinder, a ring or more likely sense it runs, the head gasket(had this hapen on an old jd tractor). specific to two cycle i would have to say other then a leaky line if the diaphram is bad in the carb that could do it to. also a clogged fuel filter.
