So me and my father have been browsing for a skid steer to expand our business a bit

We've located a 2005 S185 with 375hrs on it. Comes with a bucket, auger with 12" and 18" bits, pallet forks, "gold package", 10k trailor, AC/heat, diesel catalytic converter and wheel weights

    price is $23,000.

After looking for the past few months this seems like a pretty good deal, consider simular machines with 1000+ hours are going for around the same price without any attachments

What do you guys think about this? good deal? bad deal?
Also if anyone can tell me what that "gold package" includes thatd be great

Sounds like a pretty good deal to me. At first I was thinking it didn't have heat, but if it has heat at that price then I would probably buy it.

I would only buy a machine with tracks. My first machine was a Bobcat s305, i was really unhappy with its inability to go through rough ground, not to mention constantly getting flats and having to fill tires. I traded it in 2 weeks later an got a T190 best machine ever and unstoppable. Your deal sounds good, but a tire machine sucks!!
