safety first...

    Just heard on the local news a landscaper was adjusting an intake hose in an irrigation pond and got stuck waste deep in mud. He was trapped for over 2 hours before help was called for.

    Work in pairs when you must go into ponds....you never know!

    Reminds me of those TARZAN movies with Johnny Weismuller and the bad guy hunters always end up in quicksand.

    Purp did you read about those maintenance guys working with scuba on that dam or whatever it was? Lines got tangled they both drowned. They were using the buddy system.

    You referring to the two guys over in the CA Aquaduct on the west side of the valley?
