A lot of people put their ideas and about what are they paying as wages. I am just wondering if anybody paying by the property. I have around 30 residential property and I am thinking of paying $5.00 per property. Which is equalance to $10.00 p/h. Because it's only take 1/2 hrs (or less) to complete one property. So, one hrs they cut 2 property and they get pay $10.00 p/h. In this case they can't take thier own hrs to cut the lawn. Anybody any idea on this?

as long as the pay per hour average does not fall below minimum wage it is not illegal.

you should still do the taxes though

Hey, Victo- I don't really have much to add to your question. But I do have a suggestion... I've seen a lot of your threads have been started in the "Annoucements and Support" forum, when they may have been better suited for the "Commercial lawn care" or "Elements of Business" forums.

You might try to figure out where your question will fit best, then post it in one of those forums, rather than this one. I guarantee you that you will get more replies in the lawn care forum than this one. There's a lot more traffic there.

    HTH.
