    C. $30,000-$60,000
    D. $60,000-$90,000

  7. Including the new landscaping with my maintenance contracts, I would have to answer D. This has been one heck of a year for me due to all the Dot Coms getting rich & lawns that have been neglected in the past.

Any Contractor worth his salt is working from a 1 1/2 month to 6 month completion time from date of approval.

The last 5 years, I would have to answer C.

I work mostly 15 miles south of downtown San Frnacisco, Ca.
