Can anyone tell me if I need to be charging sales tax for providing lawn maintenance in GA?

If you sell products retail they are subject to sales tax. Otherwise, pay sales tax on the products you use. Generally, services are not subject to sales tax in Georgia.

I see another fellow Georgian answered your question, but generally this should be answered by your CPA.

No service tax here in MI either.....yet.
