same block, different price....

    have you ever had a few houses on the same block, and charge one person one price, and the other different, for the same service? then, when the neighbors start chatting, they find out they are being charged differently, and they call you on it? how did it work out?

    Yes, it has happended to me. And the difference is usually because of the amount of trimming (extra) involved. Or one wants the lawn bagged and the others don't care one way or the other.

    I've never had any problems though...

    Yes, all the time. I have yards that are right beside each other that are over $20 different per cut. In this case, one yard just has a lot more grass to cut then the other one.
