I switched from Toro Z to a Scag Turf Tiger. For the past 3 years, I have used a Battery Powered Impact wrench (220 ft/Lbs) to replace the blades on the Toro. This week, I get two bolts that want come off with the impact wrench. I had to use pull bars with a 3 ft pipe on the end. I checked the Scag manual and they only recommend 75 ft/lbs of torque. I guess because it is a nut and a bolt design instead of the Toro bolt into the spindle that let's them use a much lower torque rating. Has anyone else run into this situation?
