Scag electric clutch seazed?

I was mowing the lawn with my 32" scag walkbehind and smoke started coming from under the engine (clutch area. Then the engine stalled as if something was wrapped up in the blades. Looked under the deck and it was clean. It seems as if the electric clutch is seazed up. Now I can't pull the rope on the engine.
    Any ideas?

You will have to remove the clutch before you will able to crank the engine. The bearing in the clutch is locked up preventing the crankshaft from turning.
