I'm looking at buying a scag Tiger cub 48/19 Kaw or a Fastrak 44/18 honda are they comparable? I feel like the Scag would last beyond my lifetime is that true of the Fastrak? I will only be mowing 1.5 acres twice a week. thanks

oh yea how do the wheel motors compare?

    thanks again, brian

The FasTrak is for home use only.
The Scag you are looking at is for commercial use.
If you want to compare, you need to compare the Scag to the Hustler Mini's.
We also offer the Super Mini's, which would be a step above the Scag Tiger Cub.
The wheel motors and the pumps in the Mini Z would be the same as the Scag, but in the Super Mini they would be bigger and better than the Scag.

    Hope this helps

I do not own either one but I can answer your question with a question: which manufacturer is on this forum? I would purchase a Hustler just because of them being here on the forum, have a question about it, ask it, they will answer.

Funny that I ran across this today! I just saw a Hustler Fastrak for the 1st time a few hours ago. I must say for $4,300 it absolutely cannot be beat. I challenge anyone to compair any other brand at that price. The Fastrak RULES it's market segment!

Now don't go raising prices because I said that! :D
