Does anyone have experience with the scag turf tiger?
Ask Mow Pro Lawn Service. I think they are well built, but I have a hard time getting used to them for some reason. Probably because I've run other mowers and you seem to sit low on the Scag, lots of dampening on the sticks, stiff ride.
Great mowers, great deck, very heavy built. I don't see how you could go wrong if you like the way they handle, etc. No cut quality problems like some company's have had. I've heard of a few drive shaft problems but they seem to be in the minority.
I have a Turf Tiger with a 52/27 Kohler. It is a 2006 with the velocity deck. This is my third Scag mower, they are reliable and made to last. I had two Tiger Cub sold one this year and bought the Turf Tiger.
Scag tt are well made mowers what size cut are wanting.
Have a 2005 Turf Tiger 61 A with the KAW 29 DFI great machine and easy on the gas less than a gal a hr . They have just started offering the Kubota diesel as a option this year Good luck and Me personaly do not think that you could go wrong with a Scag Turf Tiger but would not go under 29 Hp unless it was a diesel engine .
