Didn't get much of a response last time. Any of you guys have any tips on how to avoid scalping? I have a 48" hydro and a 60" ZTR.

You learn to drive the Z so it doesn't high center the blades. It comes from experience. That is how we all learned.

Just have to recognized where your blades may scalp and that only comes with time. Make your your ani-scalp rollers are in the correct postition for heighth of cut. Watching those while mowing can help you recognize where your mower may scalp.
