I'm courious to know how other companies schedule their crews. Currently we simply use a spred sheet that requires the jobs and times to be manually entered and edited. This requires some effort to change or edit, along with the time factors allocated to a given site to change with a larger or smaller crew.
We don't change the routes that often and usually print duplicates for the crews each week with only a date change.

I use Gopher Billing and Scheduling software. The scheduling options are almost limitless as well as routing and crew setups. There is a link at the top of the page where you can get a free trial download.
I could not live without it.
