We are looking to purchase some scheduling software and we are wondering what you guys are using.

Our needs are scheduling for a maintenance and construction company
recurring jobs and multi day jobs with daily work orders.

    Any suggestions? anyon use Qxpress?

I use it... I like it... I schedule about 200 properties w/ the program. It works really well w/ quickbooks. I have never tried CLIP though.

We use it. You can Rent the software and if you decide to buy they will credit the last 2 months toward the purchase. That will give you some time to experiment with it. We like the way it works w/ quickbooks. We schedule around 400 lawns a week with it. They really seem to listen and great tech help.

Does anyone use it for scheduling multi-day jobs like patio installations or other construcction services?

I have used it that way before and there is a multi-day job section which they just added a year or two ago. When I used it worked for me. I would recommend renting the software first and seeing if it works for you. It is pretty easy to start with but of course the more you use it the better it is.
