I have a colleague that is using service auto pilot and loves it. He is also using our newly developed software that allows for him to give instant online quotes or instant emailed quotes. It is called acculawnsystems.com. He uses this method to gain new business and then uses service auto pilot to organize daily operations. He likes the fact that it holds his crew accountable because it make them document when they arrived to a property by clicking a button and when they finish a property. All of this info is then downloaded so that he can bill at the end of the month. With both of these software working to together you have a turn key operation with minimal hassle.

I wish there was a similiar program that would schedule/track crews and allow crew members to log their start/stop times plus any extra notes and then upload in Quickbooks timesheets for payroll and customer invoicing.
I really like QB. I currently use outlook calendar to schedule the crews work, they log thier start/finish times, the the outlook calendars come back at the end of the day and are manually entered into QB timesheets.
