Does anyone think that the seasons start later than they used to. In Ohio we don't get are normal winter until later in the year and the fall is warmer and longer. Which has been good for leaves.payup Just a thought how are your areas. Mowing doesn't even start until second week of April now.

Drew, it seems that way. But that is pretty much the way it has been since I can remember, going back to about '91-'92. I have usually been able to get out in mid March, one year recently (I think '03-'04) we didn't start clean-ups until April 1. We can usually get most of December in for clean-ups.
I was talking to an older guy that has been doing this since the 1960's he said the season has shifted a bit. March was better back then, but he said they were done with leaves by Thanksgiving, as there was snow on the ground. Oh well, it's mother nature, it will always be unpredictable.
