Any of you Seattleites know the best place to get quality annuals at a reasonable price? I have over 300 - 4" units to buy/install.

    Russ,

Try Vibrant plants. I don't have the number handy, but they are in the woodinville area. They are a full service wholesale nursery. The quality of plants have been excellent every time I have purchased there.
If you do not mind comming down to the Sumner area try to find the new number for gardenville greenhouses. They moved form the Fife area last year. Great quality and they will do contract growing. Another big supplies is Skagit gardens and if the order is big enough they will deliver to you.
Sorry I do not have any # to help out. Try diong a web search for the washington landscape nursery association. They usally have a catalog of members and I am sure that the above are all menbers.

    Good Luck Mike

Thanks, Mike. I've contacted Vibrant and will track Greenville down. Up till now, I've been using JB Instant but they don't do annuals. Ever buy from Big Trees in Snohomish?

Glad to help. I think you ment Gardenville Green houses.
Another sousrce for annuls is Furneys Wholesale, There prices are alittle bit higher.

I have not ever used the tree company that you wrote about. You might look up Pacific Plants in the Issaqauah area. They are a plant broker, they can get you anything. tThey have trucks going to alot of large wholesale nurseerys in the Portland area several times a week. The cost will probably be a bit higher then you would pay picking things up your self. But as the old saying goes time is money. They will also offer delivery right to your job site. Sorry I do not have a number. They should be in the phone book or the WSNLA directory.
    Good Luck

Pacific Plants wsa the company I used for my proposal. Loreen was real helpful and had the best numbers. Freight was a huge deal for me. It would cost a good deal of time to go pick them up plus the ferry cost with the trailer.

Though I didn't get this job, I now have better resources for the next time.
