Just wondering about a second application. My first application was in early April. What is the general idea of another application this summer? Will it help/hurt?

I like constant feeding throughout the growing season, but all my yards are irrigated. I would think about P & K also.

When you say "cracked corn" i'm assuming you're talking about corn gluten.
I would hit the yards with it here in late June (last week) in prep for the germination of the summer weed phase. It will also help with dandelions since they are going to be germinating soon also. I would hesitate to go much later than early july due to the fact I overseed quite a bit in the fall and wouldn't want it interfering with that.

Cracked corn is not gluten, but whole corn milled to about half or quarter of original size.
