two of my clients had a chain fertilizing service treating thier property for a few yrs prior to 2006. even though they cancelled, the company came by and applied barricade. my question: how long do i wait to seed, after this aplication? if i were to strip the exsisting sod, lighly till (thatcher set deep) would i be able to re-seed?

Under those conditions, I would think you could seed immediately. If you did nothing to the existing turf, IMO you'd have to wait a minimum of 30 days.
