I'm about to tackle a 3000-5000 sq. ft. area behind a barn on my property that is covered in dirt piles, gravel piles, honeysuckle bushes, old farm plows, gates, etc. Basically, it's a mess.

I want to clean it all up (will probably need a dumptruck and dozer/bobcat), let the fence guys repair the fence (coming this week), and then prep and seed it all. I assume I need to grade it out, put down topsoil, fertilizer, then seed. I can get a hose/sprinkler to reach the area (it's a full sun area) from the barn.

I think it may be too big a job to handle on my own, so I'm looking for someone local to handle all aspects (except for fence repair)....any recommendations?

Also, what's a fair/average price for this type of work?

I would say around $500 would be about right.
