I have had my own business for 6 years and been in the industry for 8 now. I am looking to sell my business in next 2 years. I have bought a sold some accounts before, but I am looking to sell everything. Any ideas on how to find a good fair value of my business. Roughly $90,000 in sales. Mostly maintenance with some landscaping throughout the spring and fall.

    Purchase price of accounts
In many industries the purchase price of the accounts is a multiple of the monthly gross service income not to include repairs. The multiple can be any where up to 12 times the monthly gross income. Both parties negotiate and agree on the multiple used.

    Good luck:dancing:
