Selling accounts and need a good customer letter

    We are selling off some of our residential accounts in order to downsize and decrease our service area. I'm looking for a good letter to send to these customers to explain the situation and to introduce the company who has agreed to take over their service at their current price. I thought I saw some threads with this info on here in the past but can't seem to find anything. If anyone has any examples and they don't mind sharing it would really be a big help and appreciated.
