I know what I have, I know what I make off these customers. But how do I figure an asking price? Do I ask for the equivilent of one years revenue? a percentage of one years rev? 2 years gross profit?

From what I've seen, anywhere from 5 weeks to 3 months revenue. That tends to be the usual amount that sells. Alot of people want 6 months to a year, but they'll end up holding on to the accounts for a long time.

Send me a pm with some numbers. I need more work, this year is starting to suck.

    I'm beginning to hate everything.
