I am planning on selling my pond maintenance and repair business. I have been working hard for 6 years and have well established clients.

What are some suggestions on selling the biz?
    How much?
    legal stuff?
when i do sell it i want to be clean and free from it. now worries no ties.

    thanks in advance

Asking on here is useless......Most of the guys here beleive that they will build a business for their entire life and then sell it for scrap value on thier equipment and give away the lawns..

Find a commercial broker to appraise the business, give you a value, then market the business to potential buyers. If you are serious, you will have better luck with a professional broker. Like Pro Cut said, we only offer opionions on what each of us knows.
