Do any of guys ever think of selling out for the "right" amount? If so, what are some methods of figuring out what your business is worth?

If I was selling out. I would think I could get fair market value for equipment and 2-3 months gross. Of course this depends on what time of year. It would be hard to do this in October. IMO

you have to talk to both an accountant and a lawyer for a good price. I know that when I went through the selling procedure last summer that when selling you need to know your debts, deprication of equipment value, and the worth of your customers. Not fun.
