Well what it generates and what it nets are too different things. Also you would have to able to focus more and fixed assets than the account list generating revenue.
More importantly a broker seems like the best way to go with something that size.
What are you selling? A location with land that is leased or owned, equipment, customer contracts? That all has a bearing on value.
