Sending LongHorn or Redlabster gift card to the clients

    last year I sent 6 of my good clients Long Horn $50 gift card, I also gave some of my good clients Baklava ( which is desort) , I was wondering are you guys giving something to the customer. what do you do for them , are you sending xmast card .
    because this year I want to give 20 Long Horn Gift card to the clients.

    Generous, and nice, but if a contractor did work for me then gave me a gift card I would think if he made a mint off me.

    i send $5 blockbuster giftcards to every customer.... Isnt many things you can get a $5 card for and the person doesnt have to spend some of there own money


    and get tons and tons of compliments when we see everyone again for spring cleanups "that was a great gesture" " thank you so much" " that means a lot" etc etc

    I think a simple "thank you for your business." letter would be a nice touch. I wouldn't go as far as giving them a $50.00 gift card. Christmas cards are a nice touch also. Just my .02 Maybe try and personalize your letter for each customer.
