Is your time zone set correctly in company settings?
Yes but I do get a mixed bag throughout the software when it comes to date format.
They did say the world wide date format is something they need to work on.
Just strange I had no issue until today and then there was a 5 hr delay before the invoices showed up.
As long as they show up I don't mind sending them out later. Sap makes it nice and easy.
Almost every time that I have had an issue, it has either been fixed that day or first thing the next morning. Over all, I am happy with the software. I seem to have more problems with the mobiles. I am hoping that an app will take care of some of those issues. I am thinking about stepping up with the customer portal this spring.
Im using a Samsung Galaxy S4 and mobile use seems good.
Someone else said they got a new phone and mobile page worked better.
I have had SAP for a year. At least I never forget to invoice work that I've done and Monthly's auto-generate...
The mobiles have been a struggle, but have gptten better... I am waiting for the apps to come out that have been promised for a year...
Their biggest issue appears to be staffing. I can never connect with somebody directly on the phone, always have to leave a message. Every time I chat,the support person needs to talk to someone else to get my question answered... not to mention the lack of training/help guides since the December update...
Finally, any of you do snow? I do... and its been ffrustrating on the billing side... Their big new snow system doesnt have any explanation or training guides... I had each piece of equipment setup for my hourly rates which they then told me did not work yet so now I have to manually enter everything... In Minnesota, snow is about 40% of my business; so its kind of important for this to work...
Sorry for being b**chy, its been a long couple months of snow... i'd elaborate more, but I have to go plow some lots now... again, I like SAP, but they need more staff and that would help...

Locqus is currently offering a lot of free functionality and features and is very open to feature suggestions. Our current timeframe for most features is 3-4 weeks! We would love to hear what you guys think about what we have developed. I know we are new and a little "green" to the industry. Classic pun! We answer our phones!
Was just told today that although authorize.net work with Australia now, SAP can not use the australian authorize.net as it is a different set up.
Anybody use SAP for their website design. It's been a painfully slow process for me. Seven weeks now and its almost done.
No I didnt use them but I think thats about how long mine took with a real website builder so you not doing too bad in my book.
I have been having trouble using S.A. on my mobile. I think it is because I am using Google Chrome. I just downloaded Firefox. I am hoping it is better. What do you use to view S.A. on your phone?
