I am setting up contracts and was wondering how often are you saying in a yearly contract you are going to mow? We are in fl and the most common grass is St. Augustine or Bermuda. I have read several articles and books and get between once or twice a week from march through sept. Should we be mowing as often as once a week from march to sep or not start that till later in the season? I want to be able to guarantee I will be out so often to somone's property but I don't want say I will be out too often and not get the contract. Please give me your thoughts on this any help is appreciated.

I use a number like 33 cuts per yr divide that by 12 and tell them the contract is only for cutting grass and setup for creating a budget. It works out pretty good. Like say an average cut is $20 x 33 = $660 divide that by 12 equals $55 per month.
