Sevin Xlr

    I cant find turf in the description of sevin xlr but a salesman at royster-clark says they have sold it for lawns for years . does anyone here use it ? can it be used for turf ?

    I have used seven xlr and it is not labeled for turf or landscape( i used it on my garden:usflag: ) It works great for beetles and will last about twice as long as regular sevin.

    I thought about " talstar " as a substitute . is it anygood ?

    talstar is a good product you can get it as a generic called Bifentherin Pro.
    It depends on what pest you are targeting. The only thing we use sevin for is Beetles. All other pest tlstar is a better choice

    I use crosscheck from lesco. It's about 3/4 the cost of talstar. Just as good results. Fyi
