Shindaiwa 630 Blower

    A new dealer is selling Shindaiwa 630 Backpack blowers for $400. Is that a good deal? What kind of price do most dealers get for this. He indicated to me that this was a steal.

    Yes this is a good deal. I got mine for 400 also. There coming out with a new model for this year. These babies go for $599 regualarly. I love mine, leaves are no problem, 615cfm. Buy it NOW!!! Good luck!

    yes, it is a good deal. I just bought 2 of them for $499 ea. They are worth every penny though.

    They have been $429 around here since last summer. Must be some kind of marketing move with Shindaiwa and the distributor, because dealers won't knock anything off on their own :D They were $529 before the drop.

    Yes, that is a good deal. I paid $429 for mine last spring. I think retail was $499. Argueably the best purchase I've made. The only negative IMO is they are thrsty...about 1 tank per half hour of use.

    WOW !! My Shindaiwa 630 Runs about 1 hr on a Tank.
    That's pretty much running full throttle.

    I don't know, maybe it's more like an hour, but it does go through a lot of gas, but it's worth it for the productivity it puts out.

    Hey my dealer is running $449 so I would buy one at that price.
