Shindaiwa has their fleet week pricing coming up, 20% off all their products. We need some new blowers and I wanted to take advantage of the savings.

Anyone have the EB633 backpack blowers? Any good?

We have and have had the 802's before and been very happy with them, just wondering if the 633 is any good and has any decent power. There's a good $80 difference before the 20% off between the two models. Worth the difference or not?

I believe the 633 is just a re-branded Echo.If you have 802's you already know there probably one of the most reliable and powerful blowers on the market.

The 633RT is a Red echo PB-755T....They have been out for years and are super reliable. Parts are cheap easily available from a good dealer. They have a better commercial air filter setup than the new PB-755T since the 633 has a large flat filter on top where as the new PB-755 has the little filter on the side of the carb.

You got people the are biased but, that blower has enough power to do what you want, and for the price its hard to go wrong there

I just saw your post and was looking at the Echo 770 for personal use as my handheld stihl isnt big enough and hurts my arm. I am gonna go check out the 633 in a couple days as it has twice the cfm of mine.

They also have the 7 day guarantee but I dont know how that would work out. Gonna call the dealer first because it is 20-30 mins away.

What prices are people seeing on the 802's? How often does Shindaiwa do their Fleet Week?

No contest, the 802 is the one to have.

If you look at the specs on Shindaiwas website it looks like the 633 is almost as good..

I just called the dealer closest to me called PINES MOWER COMPANY and he said he didnt even know anything about a sale or fleet week. I mentioned his store was listed on the shindaiwa site.

Edit: Just got of the phone with CS and they advised to try again in a couple days or call another dealer. They are forwarding the info to the the regional dist to inform the dealer of the sale. Since I dont "need" it I am gonna call the dealer again on Wednesday.
