The throttle cable on my Shindaiwa eb630 broke today. Is this an easy fix? Can I just replace the actual cable or do I need to get the cable and outer cover as one unit?

Sure.. you can just replace the cable, if you are going to be doing it yourself.. the part number is (or was at one time) 68206-83110.

If you take it somewhere, it'd probably be cheaper once you add in the labor to just replace the complete arm. I believe it runs like $60.
