found a thread posted on this last year but it get into it too much so i thought id bring it up again- my guys are complaining about our redmax trimmers and blowers shocking them when they touch the spark plug boot and with the blowers when they simply have their hands on the throttle. Any reasons for this?

found a small crack in the boot and taped it up before I even got back to my computer and it did the trick. Then I read the same thing in the link you sent me. Thanks for the link.

Mine used to do the same thing. Someone helped me fix it and it doesn't shock ME at all anymore. I hope it's shocking the snot out of them though since they sniped it off my trailer.
