    If I may ask what does land cost by you? Also sq footage of house? What can you build per sq ft? Doing any work yourself?

    Farmland starts at $7500 per acre and residential lots are all over the place from there. The house is 2250 square feet finished nicely on the inside. I can't really answer the price per square foot. It depends on how you finish it.

    They got the post set today. It's a tall building! I am having scissor trusses put along one end for additional height so that I can put a basketball goal in it eventually.

    That sucker will be done in no time now. Are you going to insulate it and finish the inside much ? Whats the plan for heating it ?

    It will not be finished at all on the inside for a while. It will be spray foamed eventually.
