    I have a quick question. How much is the typical rent for a shop?

    I Pay 350 A Month For My 30 X 45 Garage On A Farm And Unlimited Parking / No Restrictions On Hours Of Operation. Water Is Free Because It Is From A Deep Well.

    I have seen guys "in the city" have there shop in a storage area
    one of those put your junk here kind of things...

    See If They Will Let You Put An Ad At Your Local Farm Supply Store Or Equipment Shop. Scan The Local Classifieds....maybe Even Talk To Some Commercial Property Managers And See About A Swap Services/4/rent Deal But Get That One In Writing !!

    That varies widely depending on what part of town, location (visibility), size, amenities, etc, etc. Anywhere from a few hundred to several thousand/month for rent... I mean, if you wanted something with a location and size of a Walmart, you'd be looking at 5 digits LOL but it has to do a lot with location and size (Sq. footage).
