Will hustler ever bring back the shortcut?? with the new controls and the 6" deep XR7 deck???
Wishful thinking, but its not in the plans that I am aware of.
PJ was it a patten problem?????with wright mfg???????Please tell me no.
At one time there was a patent issue, yes.
The foot switches were removed so they would disable the stand up use / feature of the ShortCut.
So if they wanted to they could bring it back????
Its more complicated than that, we could, but it wouldn't be a stand on unit, only sit down.
If you are saying the seat and foot rests will be the same, thats what i'm looking for.
I will let the higher up's know.
The shortcut was ahead of its time.....
I get asked about this unit quite often. I think they would be much better perceived in the market today, than they were back then.
I especially liked the uppercut deck for rear discharging and bagging. This was a great cemetary mower.
Oh, well. It's all in the past, now.
It will give them something to giggle about Ask them to put one together.
Thanks PJ Life is a Shortcut
