Just got a letter from local property co. They have 6 comm. properties they want bids on. Do I bid them seperately or do I bid them all together? Letter states properties are to be mowed every 7-10 days thats all. Doesnt say anything about fert. or anything else.Sure could use some input!

They should have someone to contact for questions on the letter you received so give them a call so they can give more information.

Edwards...my guess would be bid separately by property so that you can break out your jobs individually. But yes, ask if you have questions. I just got done cherry picking several properties off a management co. list and bid them all separate. Did not get any complaints.

I would strongly recommend giving them a call to set up a time to meet to discuss their needs. It gives them more comfort in your bid also. It doesn't always go to the lowest bidder, sometimes it goes to who they feel comfortable with and a meeting would go a long ways.
