I have a lead on a large lawncare company in town that has recently decided to sell out. the sell price is not super low. Should I pursue, if so what is a good rate for buying out another business

    thank you

All depends on if you are talking about equipment and accounts or just accounts. I would never buy another companies contracts. I go out and get my own, on my terms, at my asking price. I don't like the idea of getting mixed up with other companies accounts. Never know what you're getting into.
Equipment? Depends on what they're are selling.
Just what I would do, not necessarily the right thing. But it is to me.

Only pay for the accounts that sign with you for the year. Check out the equipment even if you don't need it you never no what kind of deal you can get on it. I got a Billy goat leaf vac and a 11hp little wonder wb blower for $600 both are in next to new condition.
