should I refund an unhappy lawn customer

    I would have loved to have heard your wife ripping him a new one!!

    Some times that is the ticket... good for her.

    This is ridiculous
    in NO WAY should you refund her. You explained your situation. If they didn't listen or believe you that is not your problem. You did the responsible thing and atleast tried to explain to the customer that this or that could happen.

    so if i have this right it was the 1st and only time you have done her lawn and you did actually finish the edges but with a trimmer not an edger so you actually finished the job so there is no way you should offer a refund . i would say you have lost a PITA and should be glad your not doing her anymore
    she probably only wanted a 1 of service and has used this as an excuse
