Dot #s are a must have if you are at 10,001 pounds gvw truck, trailer, load, etc. Our F 550 has dot #'s, but our 2500 pick-up doesn't. Do a google search for dot #s, i cant remember the site. Hope that helps man.

So far, I'm not sure. Should I get them just incase?

What do you guys think about the last 2 ideas?

talk to the DOT and ask them, I've seen 250's with DOT #'s, I'd ask just to be on the safe side..

All depends on your state but once you get them you have to pay over the road tax...

Here's one of my truck lettering along with the walkbehinds.
Paradise- I don't think the pink tail lights are a good idea.

Looks good guys. I have been thinking about getting lettering on my truck for this upcoming season. Would you guys that do have it agree that it is a good idea? I feel it would make you look more professional and obviously can't hurt anything. It's probably hard to tell, but have you guys noticed any increase in business because of lettering?

Without a doutb when you pull up to a job and even better a prospective job you look very much professional when lettered up. It looks like you take your job serious and are in it full time as a business not a hobby or weekend thing as you may look without lettering...

I just have two estimates thanks to my lettering last week, will know this week if i have the jobs or not
