Bought a new sidewinder bed edger and used it for the first time today on the jobsite...if you have any large amount of bed redefining to do, this machine kicks butt....so much easier and faster than my brown bed edger...twice the money...but you can make quick time of edging with this machine...will try to post pic later..

I agree. We just rented one for our largest job and we were done edging in no time. It saved many man hours. I just have to do the math and see if it worth the big bucks or not. It's a lot of money for just a few weeks a year of use.

Its a multi purpose power unit for several attachments. Looks like a very well built unit. I don't do enough beds to even consider it for that service, but the brush and the rake would kick butt for me.

That's my problem, we do two large communites...each takes 10-14 days to complete....so I guess its worth the money:dizzy: I know I'm getting to old to pull the bed edger, so this seemed like a good purchase for us....
