I applied an application of sim-trol to my bermuda lawns on 11/10, so today will be a week. Temperatures have been in the 60/70s with lows in the 40s. No rain until last night. I applied at a rate of 2 qts per acre and used crop oil at around 4 - 5 oz per 20 gallons. Applied at a rate of 20 gallons per acre. I am not seeing any noticeable kill yet. All bermuda is dormant and the cold may be turing some turf/weed brown. For example I have a clump of clover in my zoysia that I sprayed and it isn't even wilting. I know as temps drop everything takes a little longer. Just curious if any of you guys had any experience with simazine and cooler temps.
