http://www.lawnprosoftware.com/ about as simple as it gets. You may want to move up to Gopher though. Check the trial and see if it does everything you want it to.

groundskeeper pro/lite is realivly simple once you get the hang of it. They offer a free trial also. They were a sponsor of the site, but sure if they still are or not.

Lawnpro software is what I am going with this year. It suits me just fine, its basic and it does exactly what I need it to do. I don't use fert. or run multiple crews, I do 95% of my estimates on the site so I don't need any of that stuff so its the perfect software for me.

I bought the lawnpro software and spent a good amount of time with it today. I don't like it. For those that have it, how do you create a invoice for the entire month for a customer listing all services done for the month? I don't believe you can with that software. I get so frustrated working on spreadsheets and new programs. My time is money. I know that I'll get some slack but I thing the best way for me is the old fashion pencil and paper ledgers, a box for sales receipts, a goal sheet, basic invoices, a great CPA and a bank account that keeps growing while my debt decreases. Anyone feel the same?

Try Gopher's free demo, the product is pretty good and easy to use. They need to develope a backup method though. I did try the Adkad product and it was okay, but Gopher was the better choice for me. Try the demos, both Adkad (Groundskeeper) and Gopher have them, makes it easier to decide.
