I have a costomer that has skunks digging in her lawn this past week. I put down Merit in early July. She insists I re-treat for grubs at no cost. I have not found any grubs in her lawn so far. Could the skunks be after something else????

Go to the hardware store and buy some sulphur bombs-about 50c each. Light 3 or 4 of them and put them down the skunks burrow then cover the hole. Goodbye skunk and goodbye problems.

tell her that if she has free lunch that you'll be there. otherwise, there is no free lunch and you've treated for grubs at her cost. the next treatment will be for the same amount.

Is the homesite near an undeveloped area? Or in a heavily wooded area? Is the damage random tearing of turf surface, or are conical holes being dug in turf areas? Many animals instinctively dig for food. Grubs are a delicacy to them, lots of other food there.

I would imagine an AR15 would be the best solution. Out in the bush here they use gelignite to get rid of rabbit warrens. :)

Geo, not all of them.Just the semi autos and anything with
more than 10 rounds cap. From what I've heard about the US
    though,you shouldn't have a problem buying and M16/AR15
sporter. I've used the full auto versions in the army before we got the new Steyr rifles and they really light up
    well. :)
