12 days ago I attemped my first slice seeding job and the grass has yet to germinate. We did have alot of rain (the grass seed did stay) and now it's it's pretty cool (45-50). Should I be concerned?

It really depends on what kind of grass you planted. Ryegrass and tall fescue should be showing germination by now. Kentucky bluegrass can take 3-4 weeks. Get down and look across lawn at ground level, you may see the tiny shoots poking up.

What is the saying ? A Watched pot NEVER boils !!! It will come up. I put down fescue in NJ and it took about 14 days to see something come up. Now it was done Sept 24th and the temps then were near 80. So I think the temps are keeping it down....Give it time....Nature knows what its doing...
