:cool2: Hello out there..Any suggestions here would be great

The job is a small bed renovation, roughly 700sq/ft. In the bed there is some intermitently spread rock and debris from previous contruction projects, and there are some weeds that need to be pulled or killed off.

My plan of attack was to hit the entire area with some round-up, do a nice rake job to remove most of the loose rock, then till it up, fill it with mulch, be done. The customer doesn't want any additives to the soil to keep cost down, so I said ok...

What would you'll charge for this? My biggest concern is getting up the rock and debris. I figured getting as much as I could out, then tilling would be good enough. It's eventually going to be filled with shade perenials.

I gave an estimate of around $450 total, but noted could be more if the clean-up phase got out of hand...Mulch for me is $20/yd...

    Thanks for any insight
