small lawn business for sale (texas)

    i am selling my lawn business that i established in 1993. Currently have 44 yearly accounts( include fertilizer, insecticide, and pre emergence) that pay $6500/month 12 months a year; all but 7 in one country club; and also have around 20 mow only accounts.
    selling equipment with it also;
    (1) 3/4 ton dodge diesel 1995
    (1) 2005 52" toro z
    (1) 2005 37" toro walk behind
    (1) 2006 21" toro push
    (1)2003 52" bunton z (used for lot mowing)
    (1) 200 gallon spray unit (lesco)
    and all small equip.

    I would be interested in buying the Fert equipment, and 21'' Toro - let me know if you want to split things up.

    i would really prefer to sell the business as a whole......i'd really hate to give up the customers that we have serviced for so long......because theyve been so good to me.

    That is cool you are in the same town as my sister, she loves it there and has her own interior decorating service in Acton but lives somewhere in Granbury. twj

    I can understand that Zemog, but if the sale does not go as planned I will make you and offer on Spray rig and 21'' Toro.
