I have a customer that needs an area about 20 ft by 20ft renovated. What would the best way to go about this and how much should I look to charge here in Mass. I buy loam for $15.00 yard. Spread seed and fertilizer by hand, no Hydroseed. I mainly have been into mowing and light maintainence, now spreading out into other things.

So why does it need to be renovated? What's wrong in the first place?

Does it need loam or can you just overseed it ?

its in an area that the customer constantly walks on. It was originally sod, he said it was about 15 years old. The rest of the yard is in good condition, just this area is bad. Maybe it could be overseeded, I just thought It would be good to top dress the area with loam and re seed.
