SmartLine checklist

    Installed a few Smartlines with weather monitors today. I took pictures to document, but I'm too lazy to resize. However, I wrote these R&R steps a few weeks back and though I would share them with you guys. Let me know what you think. These are the steps for a full-scale commercial R&R.

    Looks like 14 g. is fun to wire, I wired a SL today & even 18 g a pain.:dizzy:

    I actually prefer 14g because it is stiffer and easier to stuff in there. I didn't have to cut or resize any of the zone wires. One thing I HATE about the SL, is that the common and MV are way up top to the left. 99% of the time I have to extend those as you see in the picture above.

    Actually, that's a check list that ALL installers should follow..good going.:)
